THE CHALLENGE
Not every appointment fits into the same slot.
A nail studio does not work with one universal appointment length. Different services need different amounts of time, some designs add extra time, and the owner needs to keep the calendar realistic throughout the day.
The booking flow therefore had to reflect the studio's real service logic instead of forcing every appointment into a generic template.

A booking system built around the actual schedule.
Availability is calculated from service duration, existing appointments, working hours and blocked dates — while the customer experience stays simple.

Time is part of the service.
The booking engine uses the duration of the selected service when calculating availability. Longer treatments take the space they actually need, while shorter services do not block unnecessary time.

AVAILABILITY
Working days, days off and exceptions in one calendar.
The studio's regular week is built into the system, while the owner can also block an entire date whenever the normal schedule changes.
